Gone fishing - A couple spends the afternoon at the Morinville Fish and Game Club pond June 6. Both the pond and Heritage Lake is stocked with trout each year to offer locals an opportunity to relax in nature while putting some fish int he frying pan.
Registering for fall - Morinville parents Jennifer Love, Marjorie Kirsop and Colleen Moskalyk registered their children Monday afternoon for Sturgeon School Division's secular education option. The school division will be holding an information session June 14 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Rendez-Vous Centre to provide parents with a more detailed look at the program. GSACRD announced Sturgeon had been selected as their partner during a public meeting held in Morinville June 2.
