Morinville resident and photo radar location critic Jame O’Brien posts some home made flyers advertising the Town of Morinville’s open house on the community’s Traffic Safety Plan. Mr. O’Brien is critical of the timing and size of the notice the Town has used to promote the event and wants to make sure everyone is aware it is taking place Tuesday night at the cultural centre.
