A day of fidelity
Pat and Dave Maslyk were at the cultural centre for breakfast after they celebrated their 40 year anniversary at the Fidelity Day held Sunday at St. Jean Baptiste Church. The anniversaries are celebrated at the church in 5 year increments. Twenty couples with anniversaries from 5 to 60 years were recognized Sunday. The traditional cutting of the cake was performed at the Knights of Columbus breakfast held at the cultural centre. The longest and youngest couples to celebrate their anniversary performed the cake cutting ceremony. This year it was Anne & Ed Kryskow with 60 plus year anniversary and Jackie and Jody Stitsen with 10 years. Entertainment at the breakfast was performed by Ed Bulger and Sandee Blackburn.
