The Coeur de Morinville (“heart” of Morinville) Area Structure Plan (ASP) will provide policy direction for how Morinville’s Downtown including the two main commercial corridors, 100 Avenue and 100 Street, and the neighbourhoods located immediately adjacent should develop and evolve over time.
The project is currently in Phase 3: Draft ASP. This phase is when the Draft ASP document has been written and aligned with the technical foundation provided by the Highway 642 Functional Planning Study. The final public open house to present the Draft ASP policy will be held on May 16th, 2013 at the Morinville Community Cultural Centre, located at 9502 – 100 Avenue next to the Morinville Community High School.
The open house will include a formal presentation at 7:15 pm followed by a question and answer period. Copies of the Draft ASP will be available on the Town’s website at least 24 hours in advance of the Open House: www.morinville.ca/coeur
