Calvin Vollrath was in town for three performances over the weekend, including his 20th Anniversary CD release party Saturday night, an event that sold out at 470 seats. The other two shows were a dinner and dance Friday night which drew approximately 350 and a fiddle jam Sunday afternoon which drew a smaller audience than the previous two performances. Approximately 1,000 seats were sold for the three shows. Vollrath’s performances were the final performances of the Morinville Community Cultural Centre’s 2012 / 2013 season.
