Masquerade fun
Madison Brisson was one of the Morinville Summer Camp students to make a fun mask while touring the museum Thursday afternoon. Summer Camp attendant Kierra Holterhus said the Town of Morinville has eight weeklong camps for ages 6-12 scheduled this summer, each with a different theme. Legal Show and Shine
Bud Rockwell, Senior Captain with the Morinville Fire Department, registered the 1950 Dodge Pumper truck at the Show ‘N’ Shine held Sunday at the Legal Hotel. The truck is the original unit used by the Morinville Fire Department at its re-organization in 1949. More than 40 vehicles were registered during the opening half hour of registration. First prize was $500 for People’s Choice Award and $250 for the runner up. – Lucie Roy Photos
