MCHS students hiked 36 kilometers in Banff National Park on Thursday and Friday. Thursday saw them climb 725 metres over six kilometers to the top of the popular Sentinel Pass (2,625 m). Friday saw them climb 760 metres over 12 kilometers to reach the top of remote North Molar Pass (2,590 m). These two spots represent two of the three highest trails in the Rocky Mountain National Park system.
