Tofield author coming to town

Morinville – Eileen Schuh, author of the young adult (YA) BackTracker series, which includes novels The Traz and Fatal Error, will be at the Morinville Community Library Oct. 31 at 5 p.m.

The author has made a name for herself as a gritty honest writer of YA fiction in Canada. Her novels are widely read, even being used as teaching tools to at-risk adolescents in venues, including North Slave Young Offenders Facility and the St. Paul Alternative Education Centre. The Traz includes a list of international resources to help those facing tough times.

Born and raised in Tofield, Alberta, Schuh now lives with her huband near St. Paul. She’s recently retired from a life of careers that varied from psychiatric nursing ro journalism to editor and business woman.

Schuh’s books are available in paperback nd eBook formats. She will be at the library Halloween night at 6 p.m.
