At approximately 7:05 p.m Apr. 6, Morinville RCMP received a 911 call of a robbery in progress at the Legal Esso.
One male wearing sunglasses and a handkerchief covering his face entered the gas station, approached the lone male staff member and demanded money while armed with a shotgun. The suspect stole approximately $400 dollars in cash and $200 dollars in cigarettes. The suspect left the scene in a green two door car.
