Morinville RCMP still seeking potentially armed man

Edward Arthur Vallee continues to elude police and is believed to be hiding somewhere in north Edmonton. The 31-year-old man is wanted on several outstanding warrants, some of which relate to an incident wherein firearms were stolen.

He may be armed and is considered to be dangerous.

Vallee is described as follows:

Caucasian male
31 years of age
185.5 cm (6’ 1”) tall
Approximately 90.7 kg (200 lbs) in weight
Short dark brown hair or shaved head
Blue eyes
Usually clean-shaven but was recently described as unshaven and looking disheveled
Tattoos: black flames around right wrist and forearm
Tattoos: what appears to be a tattoo of “stained glass” on left forearm

When last seen, VALLEE was believed to be driving a stolen 2001 Blue Dodge Ram pickup truck bearing Alberta license plate, DEZ-179. To date, this vehicle has not been located by police. He is known to frequent the areas in and around Morinville, Fort Saskatchewan and north Edmonton.

The public is asked not to approach Edward VALLEE, given that police consider him to be dangerous as well as possibly armed. If anyone should see VALLEE, please call 911 immediately and provide police with as much detail about him possible.
