Sting looking to help

submitted by Sturgeon Sting

Our Hockey team is comprised of 19 males ranging in age from 15 to 17 years and [we] are from various communities in and around the Sturgeon County Area (Morinville/Legal/Gibbons/St.Albert/Boyle/Athabasca).

The team was looking for a way to give back to the community. After a little thought we decided to host a food drive and Christmas toy drive. The project will take place during two of our home games in December: Dec 11 in Morinville (game starts at 7 p.m. and Dec. 12 in Legal (game starts at 5:15 p.m.)

Donate to a great cause and have a chance to win a pair of Oilers tickets. All food and toys will be donated to the local food banks and communities to give back to those less fortunate.

Come out and enjoy fast paced exciting game of Hockey.
