Morinville athletes took to the water over the weekend for the Alberta Summer Games.
Above: Jaeda Reaume took bronze in K1 (Kayak Single) Slalom Cadet women.She also took silver in Junior Women Downriver C2 (with partner Sierra Foged).
Noah Patrick won gold in K1 (Kayak Single) Slalom Junior Men.
Zone 6, which consisted of three Morinville athletes: Jaeda Reaume, Borome Gagnon, and Edmond Gagnon, took gold in Canoe Polo.
Zone 5 bronze medalists in canoe polo included two Morinville brothers Noah Patrick (3rd from left) and his younger brother Jacob Patrick (far right).
Jules Froment’s took bronze with her team in Basketball female. Details were not available by our press deadline for Liam Froment’s results in basketball male.
