Alexander – The sun wasn’t the only thing beating down on Alexander over the weekend. Warm weather and a positive spirit combined for an enjoyable opening day to this year’s Kipohtakaw Annual Traditional Pow-Wow. The Grand Entry took place Saturday afternoon with Chief Allen Paul and other dignitaries lead elders, the RCMP, military and plenty of dancers into the arena.
