New Six Stones building in Morinville’s downtown core houses familiar Tea Shoppe

Morinville – There is a smile on Julia Puchala’s face as she offers a tour of the new building that houses her and Noreen Radford’s Vintage Petals Tea Shoppe, opened in late November behind Quinn’s Plumbing and Heating on 101 Street. The soft opening allowed old and new clientele an opportunity to patronize the business, which closed in mid-July at its former location on the corner of 100 Avenue and 100 Street. Charity auction sets new record

Morinville – Despite the poor weather, Coach’s Corner on 100 Street was packed Saturday night for the16th Annual Santa Store Charity Auction. The Midstream Support Society fundraising event, once again presided over by auctioneer Brad Ward, raised with more than $22,765, beating out last year’s record of $22,038.
