Latest Francophone artwork completely off the wall

Legal – The Centralta Tourism Society unveiled its 34th Francophone work of art on St. Jean Baptiste Day, but unlike the preceding 33, this one is completely off the wall – literally. Legal – A week after Alberta municipalities went to the polls, Albert St. Jean has received a third term as mayor of Legal. Unlike Morinville, Gibbons, Bon Accord and Sturgeon County, who hold separate elections for mayor; Legal continues to elect five councillors whom then elect the Town’s mayor from within at their organizational meeting.

Capital Ex and the Edmonton Indy both started this past weekend, doubtlessly drawing countless hundreds from the communities of Sturgeon County towards the roar of the crowds and the roar of the engines.
