Sturgeon County – RCMP were called to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 44, approximately one kilometre north of secondary Highway 633 Saturday night.
Police report a white midsize car travelling southbound on Hwy. 44 collided head on with a northbound black pickup truck.
The male and female in the truck were taken to hospital with injuries. The lone occupant of the car died at the scene
The names of those involved in the collision ending notification of next of kin. The collision is still under investigation by the RCMP.
