Gibbons – Morinville RCMP have confirmed the suspicious death of a Gibbons man yesterday has been declared a homicide.
Twenty-three-year-old Cameron James Petheridge has been identified as the victim; however, police are not releasing the cause of the man’s death.
Police responded to a 911 call from Gibbons Mar. 2. The call was related to a disturbance in a residence in the town. On arrival at the scene, RCMP discovered a deceased male in his 20s.
Edmonton Major Crime Unit with the assistance of the Morinville Detachment and General Investigation Section are continuing the investigation
