Morinville – Results are in from the 2011 municipal census the Town of Morinville conducted over the spring and early summer. According to documents included in the Aug. 9 council agenda package, Morinville’s population has increased from 7,636 residents to 8,503 over the past two years, an increase of 867 residents or 11.4 per cent of the 2009 population figures.
