She’s got the whole world in her hands
Notre Dame School Librarian Lena Bourgeois speaksto kindergarten students Mar. 6. Although the giant globe was part of her talk, the school will soon be opening the world of books to students and their parents. The Scholastic Book Fair will be taking place at the school from Mar. 19 to 23. The book fair is an important literary fundraiser providing money for the school to purchase resources for the school library. – Lucie Roy Photo


Getting to know you
Morinville Christian School student Luke Tait speaks with Aspen House resident Alex Montpellier Mar. 7. Ten students, School Principal Lou Brunelle, and teacher Shirley Brunelle were at Aspen House for a meet and greet with the residents and to spend time getting to know them. The students were paired with the residents to get acquainted through a game called Would You Rather.
