Street Performers Festival adds extra elements to weekly market

Morinville – Friday’s Farmers’ Market offered visitors more than products and produce. The 2nd Annual Street Performers Festival brought a carnival atmosphere to the weekly gathering of vendors. In addition to local performers and a gigantic inflatable slide, a number of local celebrities lined up to take a shift in the dunk tank. This year’s dunk tank raised $600, funds that will be split between the Festival Society and the Friends of the Morinville Public Library.
