Batman to the rescue
Batman, also known as Morinville Summer Camp student Jack Reiter, lifts an empty water barrel with assistance from two summer camp counselors. Friday was Super Awesome Super Cook Super Exciting Superhero Day. Students were encouraged to dress up in their favourite superhero costume or create their own. That’s incredible
The Incredible Edibles garden at the east entrance sign is in full bloom. The garden contains rhubarb, herbs, beets, Swiss chard and Nasturtium, the latter an edible flower. The Town of Morinville’s Incredible Edibles project is in its first year. A number of the Town’s planters and trail beds have been populated with fruits, vegetables and herbs free for the taking.
