The Morinville Jets will spend the Family Day weekend on the ice for two games in a best-of-three playoff series with the Beverly Warriors. The Warriors, who finished fourth in the Capital Junior Hockey League’s West Division have home-ice advantage in the series.
Game one will take place Friday night at Londonderry at 8 p.m. Game two will be played at home at 7:45 p.m., a little later than the Jets typical 6:45 p.m. start. A third game – if required – will take place at Clare-A Feb. 17 at 8 p.m.
Other round one series kicking off this weekend include Hawks against the Knights, Merchants versus Flyers, and the Chiefs against the Bruins.
