This just breaks my heart!! I’ve lived in the same culdesac as Brad and he was always out in the summer working outside on his house. I have 3 daughters that loved scaring him and he would chase them with the water hose! Brad and Baxter’s house became a common stop on the way home from the bus from school. He will be greatly missed and we enjoyed the time we did get to spend with him. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
