The Lions Club of Morinville held their 11th Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday.
Event organizer Tina Gougeon said despite a few team cancellations they were very pleased with the turnout.

The teams gathered at the Terrae Pines Golf Course in St Albert with a tee time for 10 a.m.
Buffet dinner, prizes and a silent auction took place at Coach’s Corner.

All proceeds from the tournament go to Camp HE HO HA and the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation (JMMF).

The meat was donated for the Saturday meat draw and more than $560 was raised with 100 per cent of the proceeds to be split between the Camp and JMMF.

Lions Club of Morinville President Deborah Robillard thanked everyone for coming out.
“It is our 11th annual golf tournament. It is nice to see that people are willing to still be able to come out and have some fun, participate for the two charities, Camp HE HO HA and the JMMF. It is nice to see people coming out and helping the LIons Club so we can in turn help these two out as well.”

Organizer Tina Gougeon said prizes were awarded for the Best Overall Team, Most Fun Team, longest drive for men and women and longest putt and closest to the pin.
