Lions gather to share funds and appreciation

The Morinville Lions Club held their first meeting for the new fiscal year Sept. 14 with a cheque presentation and recognition of club members. Proceeds from the 9th Annual Lions Golf Tournament were divided between the Alberta Cancer Foundation and Camp He Ho Ha, with each group receiving $1600.
