The Morinville Fish and Game Association are looking to form a Youth group and are inviting interested youth between the ages of 12 and 16 to an information meeting Sept. 20. The meeting with Joe Sinclair takes place at the Morinville Fish and Game Club House at 7 p.m.
The Town of Morinville, local organizations and businesses are working towards a common goal next weekend – providing two days of activities over the Family Day weekend.
“Attending Morinville’s Snowman Festival is a great way to celebrate our Canadian winter,” said Kathleen Ducharme, Town of Morinville Culture & Events Programmer. “We hope families will venture outside and enjoy a variety of community activities, take some photos and make special memories.”
More than 400 attended the 24th Annual Morinville Fish and Game Association (MFGA) Brag Night Mar. 12.
MFGA spokesperson Joe Sinclair said the association is grateful for the support it receives from the community businesses and individuals that enable MFGA to enhance wildlife habitats, improve the facilities at Narrow Lake Conservation Camp, send kids to camp, and help support Camp HeHoHa Disabled Fishing Day.
