Morinville – A multi-vehicle collision north of Morinville Friday night has claimed a man’s life. Police responded to the collision on Highway 2, just south of the Town of Legal, around 6:30 p.m.
RCMP investigation showed a northbound vehicle crossed the centre line and was struck by a southbound vehicle. The lone male in the northbound vehicle was killed as a result of the collision.
Police have not yet determined the cause of the collision. The investigation is ongoing. The name of the deceased male is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the collision.
