The MPS grade 1W class has been studying all about communities in social studies this fall.
They demonstrated all they have learned about communities by working in teams to build 3 imaginary cities!
Then on Dec. 2 Mayor Mrs. Holmes came to see their cities and present them with a Junior Mayor Achievement certificate for doing such a great job. She has also taken the cities back to Town Hall to be put on display.
