Recreation Open House offers insight and input

Morinville – Roughly 150 people attended Council’s Recreation Open House Apr. 28. The event was held in conjunction with Saskatchewan-based architecture and interior design firm AODBT, who were chosen by the previous Council to provide a feasibility study on the arena and future recreation needs. I have been a resident and a taxpayer of Morinville since August 1st, 1981. I have been a very active volunteer in my community, having been involved with hockey, baseball, the Museum, the Historical Society, and numerous community projects and events.

Morinville – Two nights of public consultation resulted in a clear message that Morinville wants the Ray McDonald Sports Arena issue to be resolved…and quickly.
