Morinville – Georges H. Primeau Grades 6, 7 and 8 students put on a final concert for parents and friends Wednesday night, showing off the musical skills they learned this year.

Principal Jan Maslyk said four years ago the school had three bands, but today 60 students are registered for Grade 7 music, enough for two full classes.

The school’s musicians from Grade 7 and 8 each took gold at the recent Rotary Music Festival.
Music is a mandatory program at the school for Grade 6 students.
