Legal – A week after Alberta municipalities went to the polls, Albert St. Jean has received a third term as mayor of Legal. Unlike Morinville, Gibbons, Bon Accord and Sturgeon County, who hold separate elections for mayor; Legal continues to elect five councillors whom then elect the Town’s mayor from within at their organizational meeting.
