Morinville – Heading into the Thanksgiving long weekend, teams in the CJHL’s west and east divisions have six games under their skates so far this season.

The Morinville Jets have pulled away from a slow season start to leading the league in goals. The Junior B club currently sits with a 3-2-1 record on the season, a record that could easily be improved on by taking fewer penalties. The Jets currently hold second place in the league with 205 penalty minutes, 60 minutes less than the league-leading Beaumont Chiefs.
