Morinville – Two traffic safety-conscious youth were recognized in August for their positive actions. Twelve-year-old Lauren Smith was caught wearing her bicycle helmet while riding her bike and 9-year-old Calvin Plamondon was spotted stepping off his bicycle to cross the road, looking both ways before crossing the street, and wearing his helmet at the time.
