Morinville animal bylaw open house fails to draw herd

Morinville – Council held an open house Tuesday evening giving residents an opportunity to voice their concerns on Morinville’s proposed Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw. However, despite the media attention the bylaw has received since a Christmas week television segment focused on the more exotic portions of the document, residents did not come out to the public hearing in flocks, herds or gaggles.
