Morinville – After an additional round of budget amendments, Council unanimously passed the 2014 operating budget and capital plan with a 3.5 per cent tax increase to property owners. In the early morning of Feb. 19th, two males driving an older model GMC truck extended cab entered a property on Range Road 250 near Sturgeon Road and stole fuel, a Chevrolet truck and a yellow flatbed trailer.
